This? Actually happened today.

Ignore the disheveled hair, no makeup, and messy background. Focus instead on the fact that I am WEARING MY WEDDING GOWN from almost 10 years ago!! Its even a little big!!!!

My Weight-Loss Goals

hike to the top of Coyote Ridge without wanting to die
sit comfortably with my legs crossed - DONE 9/30/10
get rid of sleep apnea and the &@$% c-pap machine
wear clothes in sizes that don't have an X or a W in them
reach approx. high school weight (180 lbs.)
have my driver's license weight match my real weight
ride any ride I want in Disney World
lose 40% of my starting body weight (179 lbs.)
lose 30% of my starting body weight (208 lbs.)
lose 20% of my starting body weight (238 lbs.) - DONE 11/21/10
have a "normal" body weight (163 lbs. BMI < 24.9)
no longer be obese (197 lbs. BMI < 29.9)
no longer be morbidly obese (263 lbs. BMI < 39.9) - DONE 8/15/10
walk/jog a 5K
borrow clothes from my mom - DONE 10/25/10
fit into favorite winter coat - DONE 10/15/10

shop in a non-plus-size store - DONE 11/27/10
